 Occasionally, Miva Merchant may "forget" to e-mail you that an
order was placed, or the Internet e-mail monster eats the e-mail before it reaches you.
While it is a rare occurance, it may happen. To give yourself a second
chance, make sure that you setup the customer order confirmation to be carbon copied to
