Quick Tips
Don't Keep Credit Card Info on Your Server
If you do not process your credit cards in real time, and use "Credit Card With Simple Validation" you must make sure to charge the card as soon as possible.  When you have successfully charged the card, delete the credit card number, or a significant portion of it and click update.  Keeping the numbers on your server is a security risk and violates most merchant account agreements. You may lose your merchant account if the credit card company discovers that you store customer's credit card info on your server. You do not want someone to hack into your server and steal your customers' credit card info.
