Quick Tips
Make Important Info Easy to Find
Most customers want to know certain things before they buy from you, especially if it is their first time.  Important information like shipping policies & cost, return policy, privacy issues, warranty information, and most importantly contact information should be found on your home page and all pages in your store. 

Don't lump everything under the word FAQ.  Make sure you have a direct link to each or, at least, have your contact information, shipping, and "Policies" (where you can lump your return policy, privacy issues) listed separately.  Have your toll-free number prominently listed on all pages.  It makes you look professional, and give your customer the comfort that they can get in touch with you whenever they want; even if they don't use it.
