You can put a search box in any of your static html pages and get it to run
a search in your store and return a list of product matches.
Put the following html form code anywhere you want and you will get
a search box for your products. Code in red must be
changed to your domain name, store code, and images. If you are using a WYSIWYG HTML
editor, you can paste the basic code in and edit it to your liking. If not simply
select the code for the search bos that you like best from the list below and edit the bold italic text to the table size, color,
justification, and button image you want.
Basic Search Box: This is a basic search box that is transparent and
has no borders. For this search box you will need to insert the code below and save
this image:
*Remember to change the image src to the correct path
for the image you want to use.
Search Box With Triple Border: This box has three
borders the outer one is 3 pixels, the second is 2 pixels, and the third is one pixel
wide. It uses the following image:
